Order Entry Clerk


An excellent company near Garden Grove is looking for an Order Entry who works well in a fast paced environment high stress environment. The Order Entry is a temp to hire position. The Order Entry will be responsible for entering sales orders and taking order from customer. Must have excellent communication skills and data entry skills and good technical skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computer skills.
Duties for the Order Entry will include but not limited to the following:
o Sorting and distributing incoming sales order by fax and email
o Responsible for processing and entering all sales order accurately
o Will assist Customer Support Representative with proofing of acknowledgement
o Must have call center experience
o Running necessary Order entry reports as required
o Matching acknowledgement and distributing acknowledgements sets for disbursement
o Alert IT and Manager with all system errors, pricing errors, engineering errors etc. To avoid product holds
o Clarify open issues such as pricing and missing order information
o Assisting in resolving any pricing questions or discrepancies
Pay $15.00-$16.00 DOE
Schedule 7:00am-4:00pm or 8:00am-5:00pm
To be eligible for the Order Entry candidates must meet all of the following requirements:
o Must have 3-5 years, minimum, of previous order entry and or data entry experience
o Must have at least 10,000 kph
o Must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment
o Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel and Outlook) and computer literate.
o Must be detailed oriented have excellent follow-through skills
o Must have outstanding communications skills (verbal and written)
o Must have High School Diploma
o Must be able to handle and take ownership of any inquiries and or problems
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
