PURPOSEThe financial analyst will track and analyze financial data in order to provide business insight, create and support regular and ad hoc reporting, contribute to the annual budgeting process and other forecasting exercises, and to ensure data integrity.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES Develop in-depth knowledge of the company and its data Leverage your expertise in the company's data to provide business insight to the management team, operations, and corporate Work closely with the Financial and Operations teams to define key financial and operational metrics (KPIs) and build reporting processes for analysis of business trends and opportunities Manage monthly & quarterly internal and external reporting including monthly reporting packages, monthly business reviews, & debt-covenant reporting Work closely with our IT team to identify and troubleshoot any data quality issues on an ongoing basis Develop financial plans and analysis that link to the strategic objectives Develop comprehensive expense and working capital analysis, identifying areas of continuous cost improvement and efficiency Prepare analysis, insights/commentary, and presentation material for monthly and quarterly management meetings Partner with Marketing to support test market analysis and make recommendations to improve or halt initiatives.
Develop sophisticated models to determine incrementality of product offers (separating traffic from ticket variance), as well as the margin impact from menu mix shifts.
Make recommendations for improvement.
Annual G&A budget preparation, monthly analysis and cause of change reporting Significant work experience in corporate financial planning and analysis or management consulting Exceptional quantitative and analytical proficiency, including significant financial modeling capabilities Effective team player with the ability to interface with various levels of management, manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines Working knowledge of the restaurant industry business models and accounting principles Perform other duties/ tasks/ projects as assigned QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS Bachelors Degree Preferred Proof of eligibility to work in the United States 21
years of age Extensive financial modeling skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (including Power Pivot) and PowerPoint and outstanding written and verbal communication skills Well-developed analytical skills SQL experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Detail oriented Strong leadership skills WORKING CONDITIONSThe working conditions described below are representative of those a team member encounters while performing the essential duties and responsibilities of this job.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
