Our client is seeking a talented and driven Director of Quality Assurance to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for consistently improving overall quality and maintaining a Quality Management System (QMS), keeping up with an evolving product line, and changing customer requirements.

Role & Responsibilities


  • Evangelize quality practices throughout the Company, championing continual improvement.
  • Administer and maintain the company's AS9100-registered Quality Management System while serving as the expert resource on compliance across the company.
  • Manage the quality department, including quality engineers, reliability engineers, inspectors, and other personnel.
  • Administer internal Corrective and Preventative Action Requests (CAR/PAR)
  • Lead DLA qualification and retention actions for QPL products and new processes that may be implemented.
  • Respond to our customers' Supplier Corrective and Preventative Action Requests, including failure analysis reports and root cause analysis.
  • Perform and Oversee Internal Audits as part of company's QMS
  • Lead company-wide audits by external certifying agencies and customers, such as our annual AS9100 Audit
  • Prepare Company-wide Metrics for Management Review Process
  • Write new, update existing, and train employees on the Company's Corporation Standard Operating Procedures, RIIs and Forms
  • Perform failure analysis on RMA and in-house failures and produce reports.
  • Coordinate outside test lab analysis as needed

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
