Our client is building a team of strong HealthCare IT professionals for a widely recognized provider of unique and innovative solutions near the Cypress, CA area. This position is Contract to Hire.

KEY
Responsibilities:
Provides program leadership for multiple large/strategic enterprise programs made up of multiple projects; Manages projects of at least $10M
in size or equal complexity.
Lead and program manage strategic IT programs and initiatives such as Inside and others as assigned
PMO related responsibilities as assigned:
o Create and maintain policy and procedure, and processes associated with the PMO
o Project Management lifecycle & methodology
o SDLC methodology or processes (Rational or Scrum)
o Assist PMO Director in the facilitation of project prioritization, review and approval processes
o Support and enforce PMO processes
Qualifications:

years of experience in large complex program management, project execution and implementation experience
Prior leadership or management experience in an IT PMO function or matrix organization
Experience in broad-based information systems, full life-cycle application development and/or building enterprise applications and/or data warehouse planning and development; or any combination of education and experience

years leading multi-million dollar cross functional strategic programs or initiatives
Experience in facilitation leadership and manage matrix cross functional business and IT teams and successfully delivered programs or initiatives
Experience interacting with Clients, IT and Business Executives
Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools, MS Project, Visio and Project management tool such as MS Project Server or Plainview or others
Knowledge of PMO Process definition and implementation and portfolio management experience
Ability to build strong working relationship with Clients, IT and business teams and work closely with cross functional teams
Excellent communication, inter-personal skills, teamwork and leadership
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent Professionalism
Ability to work in a fast pace and dynamic environment and interactive with cross function Business and IT teams and executives
A Self-starter, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines and challenges

Preferred prior management consulting experience
HealthCare knowledge; preferred Medicare and Medicaid
Strong IT systems and development and implementation background
Familiar with Enrollment, customer services, and Claims systems, and EMR systems.
Experience with SDLC
MUST HAVE
Qualifications:
Requires BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline with IT focus degree; 7 years of project management experience in broad-based information systems
Large & complex end-to-end healthcare systems implementation such as membership, enrollment, claims, EMR/EPM, Health Information Exchange, coding, Pharmacy, etc.
Extensive program leadership and management experience Prior big 4 management consulting or client services/engagement companies
Healthcare industry & operational knowledge
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills; ability to deal with dynamic client and Company business and IT teams and interact with Directors and VPsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
