Direct Hire Position
Description:

Guide a team of sales consultants responsible for assisting clients to increase productivity while reducing operating expenses for clients.
o Develop a business plan and implement marketing strategy
o Recruit and hire sales professionals to service territories
o Evaluate and maintain customer pricing & profitability
o Prepare/submit month-end reports
o Assist sales team in preparation of proposals and presentations
o Train sales consultants in selling and communication skills
o Conduct regular coaching counseling sessions that build salesperson motivation and selling skills
o Report to management providing feedback on sales consultant skills and performance
o Ensure that each sales person meets/exceeds all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, demos, etc
o Provide basic and ongoing training to sales team

Qualifications:

o Bachelors Degree in Business Administration preferred
o 3-5 years of previous industry sales management experience with a track record of success
o Proficient computer skills (Office)
o Exceptional verbal and writing communication skills
o Strong ethics
Compensation:

$60,000 to $65,000 to start; potential to $100,000 per year
