Mechanical Design Engineer , SolidWorks Industrial Machinery Enclosure

Industry leading developer and manufacturer of Aircraft mobile support equipment has immediate need for Contract Mechanical Design Engineer (possible Contract-Hire). Will interface with Engineers for design input, undertake mechanical design of industrial machinery (including HVAC). Bring creativity and contribute to concept design and design review sessions. Work on multiple projects simultaneously, participate in transition from Engineering to Manufacturing and provide necessary support.
Requires Associate's degree in Mechanical Design or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, 5-10 Years work experience of the following:
Expert proficiency in SolidWorks, experience of design industrial machinery, including enclosures (suitable for indoor & outdoor), piping, motors, and electrical cabinets. General knowledge of sheet metal and welding design, including bend radius and welding symbols. Experience and be able to demonstrate proficiency with 3D CAD design, modelling, non-linear FEA, and mechanical analysis. Experience with preparing detailed design drawings. Understanding of mechanical engineering best practices, able to prepare detailed Bill of Materials for assemblies. Knowledge of product development processes. Strong communications skills, both written and oral, possess the ability to work across functional boundaries and organizational levels inside the company.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
